The short version
We ask for the least, and keep it that way.
experimentswith.tech runs small, offline AI meetups. This page explains the little bit of information we collect when you apply for a seat, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
-
01
What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number and LinkedIn URL when you apply for a seat, plus a couple of optional notes about what you build. If you pay for a seat, your payment is handled by our payment gateway (Razorpay) — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
-
02
Why we collect it
To review applications, confirm seats, send you the event details (where & when), and — for paid events — to process the payment and issue any refund.
-
03
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share what's needed with the services that help us run the event — our email provider (to write to you) and Razorpay (to take a payment). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
-
04
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to run the meetups and keep basic records. Ask us to remove your details and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of a payment.

05
Your choices
Email us any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
