experimentswith.tech runs small, offline AI meetups. By applying for a seat or paying a registration fee, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short.

Applying & seats
Seats are limited and application-based. We review every application and approve seats at our discretion. Applying does not guarantee a seat.

Payments
Where an event has a registration fee, it is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and collected securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed once your payment is received and your application is approved.

Refunds & cancellation
Cancel 7 or more days before the event and you get a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you get a full refund (or you can move your seat to the new date). Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. To cancel, email support@experimentswith.tech.

At the meetup
Come as a peer, not an audience. Be curious, candid and respectful. We may ask anyone who makes the room unsafe or unwelcome to leave, without a refund.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru.
