Our first offline AI meetup wrapped this Sunday in Bangalore — and it was exactly what we hoped it’d be: a room full of people building, breaking, and sharing.

What went down Five threads from the room
  1. 01 🤖 Reachy Mini & Raspberry Pi Hands-on with Reachy Mini (and the Pi behind it) — everyone trying to make him dance, playing with voice interactions, poking at how it all works.
  2. 02 💻 Running AI locally Powerful local models running straight on laptops — what they can do today, and what people are building with them without touching the cloud.
  3. 03 🛠️ AI tools in action Claude Code, Telegram plugins, Obsidian and more — real workflows people use to save hours in their day-to-day.
  4. 04 📊 PM insights & open discussions PMs on where the ecosystem is heading and what they’re seeing internally — and what it really means to be an AI-native PM: beyond prompting, into systems, workflows, and feedback loops.
  5. 05 💳 Agentic payments We closed with a demo on agentic payments — how AI agents can safely spend within defined budgets.

The best part? Nobody came to pitch. Everyone came to share something they’d actually built, learned, or broken.
